Al Green – Preacher

Al Green is a world-known soul singer who released unforgettable songs such as Take me to The River and Let’s Stay Together. However, after his girlfriend attacked him and then committed suicide in 1974, he completely turned his life around and started to dedicate himself to God. That was how he eventually became a pastor while continuing to record songs – all dedicated to God. Al won several Grammys and his legacy as one of the last greats of soul music is enormous. In March 2019, the group Cultura Profetica released a cover of his song Love and Happiness on Spotify.
