Time To Return

As the evening approached, Mark and his team decided it was time to leave the place as they feared whoever lived there might return and they couldn’t predict how the person would react. After all, they were in someone’s home without permission. However, they would do something before they leave the place. They decided to leave an eviction notice since—although the person clearly did not damage the woods—they did construct a cabin on the public property. So that’s what they did and left. They decided they would return again soon.
