E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982)

Released on June 11, 1982, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial is written by Melissa Mathison and has Dee Wallace, Peter Coyote, and Henry Thomas in lead roles. The movie made a huge box office earning of $1.278 billion. To date, it is regarded as a favorite children’s movie.
The film revolves around a boy who makes friends with an extraterrestrial creature stranded on Earth. Spielberg’s favorite costume designer, Deborah Lynn Scott, has designed the attires in this movie as well. Spielberg’s next film, West Side Story, which was supposed to release in December 2020, has been postponed to December 2021.
