Doctor Zhivago (1965)

Doctor Zhivago is a romantic film set in Russia and is based on Boris Pasternak’s book written in 1957. Directed by David Lean, the movie shows actor Omar Sharif in the lead role of Yuri Zhivago. The movie costume collection was designed by Phyllis Dalton, and the full-length of the film was three hours.
It was filmed mostly in Spain because Boris’s book was banned in the Soviet Union for a long time. The movie made an adjusted domestic gross of $1.11 billion and an unadjusted gross of $111.72 million at the box office.
