Sandra, 58 years old

Sandra was discovered as a singer at the tender age of 12 and recorded her first single at the age of 14. This was called Andy, my friend, but could not achieve the desired success. She took over lead vocals at age 16 as a member of the girl band Arabesque. However, this was not successful in Europe, but all the more so in distant Japan. Her breakthrough came as a solo artist with the song (I’ll never be) Maria Magdalena. In the 1990s, she realized the musical dreams of Michael Cretus, her business partner, with whom she had been in a relationship since the mid-1980s. Sandra continued to be involved in the Cretus project Enigma and became a huge success in Germany.
