Kurt Ahrens Jr., 81 years

It probably came as no surprise that Kurt Ahrens Junior would one day become a racing driver. After all, his father, Kurt Ahrens Senior, was also a successful motor sports enthusiast. Ahrens Junior began his career in the 1950s and soon proved his talent. In his successful career he drove for brands such as “Porsche” and was able to make a name for himself as a Formula 2 driver. He also started four times at the World Championships. In addition to his career as a racing driver, Ahrens was also a test driver and thus helped the racing teams to optimize their vehicles. The 81-year-old is now retired and we hope he can enjoy it.
