A Violation Is Not A Violation After All

This Facebook post of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources drew attention after a man was seen to receive a violation ticket for his tiny tugboat. Well, that would be a hilarious story, but reality says otherwise.

The admin behind the post cleared things up by writing that there are no violations in this scene. The boat was registered, and the officer just checked the registration paper. The boat owner was Nick Riley, who shared he made several tugboats for his kids. Well, at least now we know that all are well and safe. Way to go, Nick!
