Meghan Markle and Prince Harry make for arguably the world’s most polarizing couple. Virtually everything they do becomes major news, and their romantic third date was no exception. Markle and Harry were just getting to know one another when they took a surprise trip to Botswana.

The two lovebirds enjoyed Africa so much that Harry decided to get a Botswanian jewel to pop the question. It’s a 3-carat cushion-cut diamond that’s not the most expensive on the list (it’s said to be worth around $350K), but it’s certainly one of the most meaningful. In June 2021, Markle and Harry welcomed their second child to the world, the little Lillibet Mountbatten-Windsor.
