Deliciously Purple

When it comes to food, color is very important. The Purple Burger was reportedly served at Kooper’s Chowhound Burger Wagon from Baltimore but has now made its way to many recipe websites worldwide. The typical purple burger recipe includes lots of Filipino flavors; the unique element, however, is the one-of-a-kind purple bun.

There are lots of versions of purple burgers out there, but this is one of our favorites. We love the way purple vegetables fit within the recipe, and you can use everything from purple carrots to purple cabbage, not to mention beets and onions.
