He began in silent movies, progressing to supporting roles with Metro-Goldwin-Mayer, and finally won an Oscar for best actor on It Happened One Night. Clark was married five times, had two children, and three grandchildren, among which is his grandson, Clark Gable III, who has picked up from the acting legacy of his granddad. He is a TV personality, best known for hosting seasons 13 to 15 of the reality TV show, Cheaters. Clark Gable III will star in Heckle set to come out in 2019.
