Kelly Clarkson – 37 Pounds – Changed Her Diet

We’ve known Kelly Clarkson since she won the first American Idol season in 2002. Since then, many things have changed in her life, including becoming a mother, divorcing her husband, and starting her own show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, in 2019. She’s also gone through quite the transformation with her body.
After giving birth for the second time, Clarkson had noticeably put on some weight. She lost it by 2018, however, after changing parts of her diet. Her decision to do so came after she read The Plant Paradox. She started eating more carefully selected foods, and eventually, she weighed 37 pounds less.
