Rachael Ray – 40 Lbs – Workout Routine and Diet
Rachael Ray’s been working with food ever since she first appeared on the small screen. As a result, she started putting some weight after turning 40. She was also used to talking for 12 to 16 hours a day, and that triggered a cyst on her throat. After enduring throat surgery, Ray was told not to speak for three weeks! She decided to make something positive out of the situation and started a new diet and workout routine with the help of her husband, John Cusimano. She ended up losing 40 pounds and now looks better than ever.
