To be completely fair, we think Pamela Anderson never needed to go on a diet. According to the Baywatch star, being vegan has always saved her from getting that extra weight. However, during her two-year-long relationship with Adil Rami, she felt like she had gained those relationship pounds. After they broke up in June 2019, Pamela hurried and lost 10lbs and is now back on the dating scene. Even though she has never been one to follow a strict and good workout schedule, her healthy plant-based diet has always kept her in good shape.
