Jordin Sparks – 50lbs – Daily Exercise Routine & Healthy Eating

Many American Idol contestants have appeared on TV as an outsider, yet, they’ve managed to impress the judges and rise to stardom. They usually then take care of themselves more, just like Jordin Sparks did. It was obvious she was very beautiful – she just had to shed some extra pounds. Back in 2013, she started collaborating with a personal trainer, while she also consumed a lot of liquids and danced Zumba, which combined dancing and exercising. In two years, Sparks managed to drop 50 lbs! She has to be careful now, as, in 2018, she welcomed her first child, and post-childbirth usually comes with some unwanted pounds!
