Carol Vorderman is well-known for spending several decades as one of the hosts of the game show called Countdown. She continues to look fabulous at 60 years because of how well she takes care of herself. She has been consistent with her active and healthy lifestyle. She once mentioned that adding butter to her coffee helped with her weight loss, but we’re sure all the exercising she does plays a significant role in how tiny her waist is today. Vorderman isn’t leaving people’s TV screens anytime soon and was most recently a guest judge on The Great British Menu.
