Susan Boyle – 38lbs – Healthy Eating & Cutting Down On Sweets

Looks were never Susan Boyle’s trump card, but when she hit Britain’s Got Talent’s stage her voice was so astounding that nobody could say anything about her shape. In 2013 though, Boyle found out she suffered from Type-2 diabetes, and she had to do something about her weight ASAP. She began her weight loss journey in the mid-2010s, and surprisingly, she never mentioned anything about working out. Instead, it was her eating habits that led to her having extra pounds, and as she claimed later, she mainly cut down on sweets and cakes, which she absolutely loved. In February 2019, Boyle has announced that she’s currently working on her next album titled Ten.

Chrissy Metz – 160lbs – Strict Diet Plan & Regular Exercise

Chrissy Metz’s weight went out of control before she landed her role on This Is Us. Reportedly, when she turned 30, she suffered a serious panic attack that worked as a wake-up call. Moreover, her contract with the This Is Us executives demanded that she lose weight, just like her character did in the series. Metz didn’t undergo any procedure, but instead, she opted for the traditional way. By shifting her diet and exercising as often as possible, she shed a whopping 100 lbs! Metz, whose transformation has been widely discussed, started appearing on Superstore in 2019.

Lisa Riley – 170lbs – Radically Altered Her Diet, Cut Out Alcohol & Implemented Regular Exercises

You might remember Lisa Riley from the hit TV series Emmerdale, but you would definitely not recognize her now! Riley was morbidly obese and she slowly headed towards some serious health issues, until she decided to do something about it. She drastically changed what she ate, and though she never skipped any meals, she ate less and much healthier. She also exercises now and then but not too harshly. Amazingly, she managed to drop 140 lbs, without even opting for a weight loss procedure. In 2017, she even wrote about her weight loss journey through the publication, The Honesty Diet.
