Ree Drummond isn’t The Pioneer Woman because she loves to cook. In fact, it started when she married a cattle rancher! She admits that her cooking isn’t the best for health and weight loss. She is a self-described food lover and exercise dodger, But after hitting a low in her life, she decided to do something about that aspect of her life. So she changed the way she ate, taking in fewer calories, eating more protein, and weighing her food. She also started exercising, packed on more muscle to burn more fat and lowered her sugar intake. But most importantly, she says she’s still working on it and implores others to discover their own path too.
