Lisa Riley – 168 lbs – Healthy Lifestyle & Workout Routine

In 2015, English actress/TV host Lisa Riley saw her father being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. That day, the woman who hosted You’ve Been Framed! between 1995 and 2001 decided to make a change. She started living a healthier lifestyle to avoid going through the same path. 5 years after, she looks like a completely different person! Happier, healthier, and much, much slimmer, Riley is looking better than ever after losing 168 lbs or 12 stones. Her secret? Staying away from bad habits and moving around more. She quit drinking, smoking, eating greasy fast-food, and day-to-day procrastination. The results have left us in awe!

Anne Hegerty – 14lbs – Eating Rice & Beans

Anne Hegerty became very popular after appearing on The Chase as the Governess, and in 2018, her fans had the opportunity to catch up with her once more when she appeared in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. Hegerty ended up finishing 7th, but when she left the game, her fans were stunned by her 14-lb-weight loss. It appears that her diet on the show consisted exclusively of rice and beans, and just like every other participant, she got thinner. In December 2018 she revealed that she actually begged to be eliminated as she couldn’t stand eating rice and beans any longer. At least she got something out of it!
