Nick Hardwick – 85lbs – Diet Plan Exercise Routine

Nick Harwick has been on radio broadcasts since 2016, as a color analyst for the NFL‘s San Diego Chargers. Nick used to play center for the team, serving as protection for Philip Rivers the QB from defensive linemen as heavy as he was. To obstruct big, heavy 300-lb men meant that he had to be about as heavy himself. But he retired in 2015 after a serious neck injury and slimmed down. Hardwick lost 85 lbs due to dieting and exercising. This translated to consuming far fewer calories, eating healthily, doing yoga, and walking.
