Pop diva Mariah Carey has always had a curvaceous body figure. However, all of that changed when the singer gave birth to twins back in 2011. When Carey appeared in public, she was almost unrecognizable and everybody noticed she had gained some extra pounds. It was obvious that she struggled with baby weight. In order to lose weight, she cut out carbs and bread from her menu and added plenty of lean protein. It only took her a couple of months and strict diet to lose more than 75 pounds and get back into shape.
