Dunham teamed up with celeb personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who prepared a special routine for her that included aerobics and Pilates. This, in combination with healthier meals, helped her shed 16 lbs in no-time. In 2018, she uploaded pictures of her on her Instagram, which showed her shape before and after her transformation, describing how hard it was for her to accomplish her goal.
