Janet Jackson is known for trying new things, whether that’s her music or her shape. In the late 2000s, Jackson’s weight had dramatically increased, but after a brief period, she managed to shed 50 pounds and go back to her old shape. In 2017, she welcomed her first child, and once more, she had gained weight. This time, she teamed up with a fitness trainer who emphasized on strength training. The point was to strengthen her muscles while at the same time burn her extra fat. Jackson achieved her goal and shed 70 pounds.
