Alec Baldwin has starred in many TV series and iconic films, but acting success doesn’t protect you from health issues, unfortunately. In the late 2010s, Baldwin started getting heavier and heavier, and in 2011, he found out that he was pre-diabetic. It was then that he convinced himself to change his unhealthy ways, and he started working out on a frequent basis. Moreover, he cut down on unhealthy meals, especially sugar, which he apparently stopped consuming. He quickly managed to drop 40 lbs and get back to his old shape. In March 2019, he posted a throwback picture of himself and his three brothers posing shirtless, making his female fans pass out.
