Wendy Williams is known for her radio rants and her strong character. She later transitioned to TV, where she still works as a host. Since she would start appearing on-screen, she wanted to improve her shape and make a fresh start. Williams focused more on her diet rather than on working out often. As she admitted, she had been eating all kinds of wrong stuff for many years. She also added that one of the most important meals is breakfast, which she never skips. In 2015, she lost 50 lbs, and recently, many body shamers slammed her for being too thin. However, she responded accordingly, the “Wendy-Williams-way.”
