Liam Hemsworth – $7 Million, Malibu

Liam Hemsworth, the other huge breakthrough star of  The Hunger Games, has also bought a home for himself. Though he is originally from Australia, the actor made the decision to settle down in Malibu. His home has a gorgeous pool area, with a deck full of lounge chairs to throw the perfect pool party. There’s enough space for guests, especially one special house guest in the form of Miley Cyrus, who just happens to own a property nearby. Coincidence? With the history of these two lovebirds, we don’t think so!
