This funny and charming lady can boast of having the longest television career of a female entertainer. Betty White has been making us laugh since 1939 when she started her television career. The 97-year-old White, who appeared in a 2018 documentary titled Betty White: The First Lady of Television, lives in her beautiful home in Carmel. Betty reportedly bought the house in 1981, the same year her husband Allen Ludden died of cancer.
