Will Smith came into stardom when he starred in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. However, he is now the real life king of Calabasas, California, living in his very own enormous compound that has its own zip code. Although he did not take any loan or mortgage for it, the Pinkett-Smith household did fork over $20 million for the home. However, according to reports (and possibly from some high-end real estate agents), their house is now up for sale with a price tag of $42 million.
