Renowned model Petra Stunt knows what’s up with refinance, and while she purchased her Holmby Hills mega-mansion for $85 million, she renovated it and updated numerous of its features and rooms, now selling it for $200 million (and this isn’t even the original price she asked for). Just imagine that this house includes 14 modern bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, an interior bowling alley and many more. Plus, seriously, who wouldn’t want a 56,500 square-foot orchard? It’s so big that you might as well find Tarzan in it!
