Charlize Theron – $3.8 Million, Hollywood Hills, L.A.

Originally, Charlize Theron bought this beautiful loft in California for $3.6 million. It came with a massive outdoor pool, a library, and an all-white decorated interior. Somewhere in the way, though, the South-African goddess decided that she needed a change, thus, she decided to sell it for the price of $3.8 million. While we can’t define such a price tag as small, it’s not actually a big addition to her fortune. However, her career has been that successful, that we don’t believe that the reasons that led her to sell it were financial.
