We wonder whether Josh Hutcherson had any idea just how much his life would change when he scored his role in the ever-so-popular The Hunger Games franchise. After the films proved big box office hits, he suddenly had a bank account full of well-earned dollars. He decided to look into getting some real estate for his own, and the result is this lovely bachelor pad. Nicknamed ‘the treehouse’ for its green, leafy surroundings and wooden structure, it’s a lovely home with luxury features such as a cinema and a big space for summer time barbecues.
