Living It Up — Inspiration Amidst Tragedy

In 2002, Hart’s on-screen role as a commissioner of World Wrestling All-Star (WWA) suddenly came to a halt because he suffered a stroke. This led him to temporarily be in a wheelchair while he recovered. Hart reportedly hit a pothole while riding his bike, flipped over the handlebars, and then he landed on the back of his head. The stroke also caused paralysis on the left side of his body. Ever since he recovered, Hart has become a vocal spokesperson for stroke recovery, being an encouraging voice for people who are going through a similar situation.
