1965 Peel Trident – The Terrestrial Flying Saucer

1965 Peel Trident more or less resembles a shiny red toy or a mini spaceship. We wouldn’t be surprised if it suddenly started flying, which would take us back straight to the cartoon show, “The Jetsons,” which is what James May from “Top Gear” also said when the vehicle featured on the show.

The ride has been seen in many other shows and films, like “Dragons Den” and “Monster Garage.” It was also hilariously included in Time’s 50 Worst Cars Ever in 2007. Nonetheless, Peel Engineering revived it in 2011.
