2003 Jeep Treo – A Seven-Bar Grille Urban-Active Nightmare

Sometimes one can have a fantastic concept, but the execution might be a little off. The Jeep Treo was supposed to be an electric vehicle that appealed to a young urban population who are environmentally aware, so it was powered by a hydrogen engine and billed as an urban-active Jeep.
If a Jeep is designed to operate in all kinds of environments, from rugged to smooth, then Treo (which means “three” owing to its three seats) is meant to give it an off-road vibe too. Sadly, it is as ugly as hell.
