Heavier Than Stone

CNET published an article about how TV trends have changed over time. They focused, among other specifications, on weight. After all, it used to be cool to have a TV that weighed as much as 200 pounds back in the day. The notion (which is quite odd) was that heavier meant better.
Luckily, we’ve all come to understand that the lighter the TV, the better. Modern-day, state-of-the-art TV sets can weigh less than 60 pounds and be as thin as one inch. It’s great news for the owners of this fireplace, who surely underestimated the weight of their old-fashion plasma.
