No Diet Fads

Unlike other people who loved to do crash diets and other trendy methods to lose weight, Shannon advocated for a much healthier approach to looking good. She believes that instead of employing extreme diets, it would be better to establish a fitness routine instead. People in the Marines do it all the time, and the end result is better.
Personally, Shannon works out at least four times a week. This way, her program is much more consistent, and her weight doesn’t fluctuate. This is quite important as a model since Shannon loved to cook and eat when she wasn’t busy!
