One Goal at a Time

Finishing the training wasn’t Shannon’s only goal; she also wanted to land a much stable source of income, even if it meant long hours of physical work. With this in mind, Shannon worked longer hours than anyone else. But surprisingly, she didn’t get a position right away.

The new graduate was assigned a desk job instead and stayed in South Carolina. Nevertheless, Shannon took the role with pride and toiled hard until she honed critical skills – enough to qualify for a promotion in no time. It was a high ladder to climb, but Shannon proudly made it without anyone’s help.
