Hatshepsut

Today, we can only find the ruins of Hatshepsut’s statues preserved in museums, but this piece of art brought to life will make you wish she was still around. Acknowledged as the “Foremost of Noble Ladies,” she was the fifth pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt.
Having lived in the 15th century, Hatshepsut was Egypt’s longest-serving pharaoh and one of the most successful ones too. As per History, she overlooked several construction projects, especially around Thebes. However, the memorial temple at Deir el-Bahri stands out from the lot as it is one extraordinary piece of architecture.
