Blue in the Spotlight

Everyone had their eyes on Blue and raised many question to his attributes. Some commented on his breed and some on his beautiful ocean blue eyes. Billy and Erica kept being asked about Blue and his background, but they could not give any kind of a response as they themselves did not know any background information on Blue and his history.

They did not have the time and resources to perform these researches yet, but it made them curious as well. How did Blue end up with his unique characteristics?
