Refusal to let go of Puppy

Despite no information and records on the puppy, Billy and Erica refused to give up on it and wanted to adopt it. The owner of the shelter told the family that without proper information they cannot give their animals for adoption.

There was no information or any documents left when the puppy was found, and the shelter could not perform a proper background check on it as the husky had just been taken in. The owner initially refused but later give in to their pleading, as the number of customers had been low for some time and the town was known to be small anyway.
