Curiosity Beat Fear

Hana couldn’t believe what she was seeing. The same bear that had once stood like a wall between her and danger now moved slowly, almost gently, like it wanted her to follow. Something about the moment felt strange but deeply meaningful.
The officers around her stiffened, clearly unsure. Hands hovered near holsters, their instincts on edge. But Hana didn’t feel afraid anymore. Curiosity had taken hold, and it felt stronger than fear. She knew the bear had a purpose. Without waiting for approval, she moved closer, her steps cautious but steady. The officers didn’t stop her. They just watched, unsure what would happen next.
