Condoleezza Rice – $12 million

Condoleezza Rice is an American politician, civil servant, and diplomat who is the current director of Hoover Institution at Standford University after ending her tenure. She was the U.S. National Security Advisor from 2001 to 2005 and served with George W. Bush as his Secretary of State from 2005 to 2009.
Among her many distinctions, she is known for being the first female African-American to serve both positions. Rice put herself in many successful stances over her career, helping her build a healthy wealth of $12 million. In 2018 the author sold her Palo Alto home for $2 million to Standford University.
