Sara Driver & Jim Jarmusch, Together for 40 Years

The Dead Don’t Die, the zombie film currently streaming on Netflix, is directed by Jim Jarmusch. While it featured familiar faces like Selena Gomez, Bill Murray, and Adam Driver, it also showed the filmmaker’s partner for over 40 years, Sara Driver, as one of the undead who barged in a diner.

This was hardly the first time they worked together. Driver was also featured in Down By Law, Stranger Than Paradise, and Mystery Train. Both of them have shied away from talking about their relationship, but Jarmusch once said in an interview that they did break up at one point.
