We met Stacey Solomon when she appeared on The X-Factor in 2009, and though she eventually finished 3rd, she got pretty famous. Thus, when she celebrated the arrival of her second child in 2012, everybody noticed she had gained some extra pounds. As she revealed later, she generally started eating healthier, but her success secret was eating spinach almost daily. In 2019, she also claimed that she doesn’t need to go to the gym since housekeeping and taking care of 2 children helps her stay in shape. Well, we guess each one has their own way of maintaining that hot bod!
