Randy Jackson was easily one of the most beloved judges to have appeared on American Idol. And while his success on TV was undoubted, it was obvious that his shape required more attention. In the late 2000s, he took a break from TV to focus on his health, partly in response to his being diabetic, just like many other celebrities. His weight dangerously increased, so he underwent a weight loss procedure, dropping 130 lbs. He later changed his eating habits to maintain his new shape, and he now looks gorgeous. He even made a red carpet appearance in January 2019 alongside his new girlfriend!
