Jefferson Airplane Is Somebody To Love

Jefferson Airplane was known for its political stance through its music and is one of the pioneers in psychedelic rock. The band eventually started their set early on Sunday morning due to delays. One of the band’s members Grace Slick referred to their performance as morning maniac music.

After waiting to appear on stage, the group was a little worse for wear for partying and being awake for a little over twenty-four hours. In the middle of their second hit song, “Somebody To Love,” Slick said in her ragged state that she was getting minor electric shocks when touching the microphone.
