High Up In The Clouds

A range of people from different backgrounds took part in the “3 days of peace and music” festivities. Everyone was welcome at Woodstock as long as they enjoyed the music and were willing to let loose over the course of the big weekend.

When people mention Woodstock, besides music, many people may picture hippies using recreational drugs. It was one of the ways the nonconformists protested against social culture, which they thought was too conservative. The hippies took such substances to make a political statement, as well as enjoy the high-flying experience.
