It’s My Birthday Already?

We cannot decide just by looking at this photo whether this cat is super excited for its birthday or is freaking out that his human just set fire to his all-time favorite tin of cat food. Knowing the personality of the common household cat, there’s a good chance that it’s the latter.

But for the sake of this jolly occasion (judging by the lit candle), we’re going to go with birthday excitement. To be that thrilled about its birthday, the feline must have witnessed a birthday before. Perhaps there are other older cats in the house, or he has watched his humans throw parties for their birthdays.
