As Sleepy As A Cat

Usually, when correlating animals and sleep, sloths come to mind. For starters, they are the slowest animal in the world. They also spend most of their waking hours in something called “active rest, which, according to “The Sloth Conservation Foundation,” refers to being inactive with their eyes closed (but not sleeping).
Judging by this picture, cats can be a close second. Even though that is not factually accurate, these felines never fail to surprise us with how they just doze off whenever, wherever. It has even slid off the cushion onto the carpet and is still in a deep sleep. After all, research has proven that they sleep approximately 12 to 18 hours, which is more than half the day.
