Chancellor Angela Merkel – Audi A8 L W12 Security

It is no surprise that German State officials would choose a vehicle from their country’s origin. This Audi model measures at 17-feet and features a 500-horsepower W12 engine. Thanks to its VR7 and VR9 ballistic certificates, it can withstand fire and ammunition. Even its roof and undercarriage are protected to survive hand grenades too.
The first female Chancellor, Angela Merkel, lost the elections to Olaf Scholz in December 2021. Once she is finished serving her tenure in office, the newly appointed leader from the Social Democratic Party will take over. Scholz might also choose to enjoy being chauffeured in her Audi.
