President Xi Jinping – Hongqi L5

President Xi Jinping was the leader of the Chinese Communist Party before taking office in 2012. One of his main campaigns was getting rid of corruption in his nation’s Government. Many officials of all hierarchies were removed and penalized. During his reign, some describe him as a dictator for his cutthroat methods and assertiveness in political affairs.
The Chinese President chose to use the 18-feet long Hongqi N5 as his state car. Hongqi translates to ‘red flag,’ which symbolizes the Communist party, and the number five is lucky in Chinese culture. Jinping was seen meeting other world leaders ahead of the Beijing Olympics in February 2022.
